The project:

The main aim of the project is to gain facilitation skills and learn new tools for working with groups in order to promote group cohesion, improve the quality of collaborative work and decision-making, facilitate horizontal and participatory processes, prevent and manage conflicts in a constructive way, including emotional management in our daily work. For detailed information please, click on InfoPack

• Fluent in English (B2)
• Working with young people (youth workers, educators, youth leaders)
